The “on-line” contract, accepted on the website www.awareness-event.com, must be considered concluded between Medidea Lda, with registered office in Rua da Alf\u00e2ndega 78, PT-9000-059 Funchal, VAT number PT513335978 Economic Activity Classification (CAE ) 47990-R3 and a consumer, through an electronic sales system called e-commerce. By consumer, in relation to contracts for the sale of goods or the provision of services, we mean: a natural person who acts for purposes unrelated to business or professional activity. Electronic commerce refers to all activities and exchanges of information that revolve around financial transactions between individuals and organizations, including public administrations. This contract must therefore be concluded exclusively through the online channel called “Internet”, at address of the website www.awareness-event.com. Below you will find the conditions of sale established by Medidea Lda, which will remain effective until they are modified by the same.<\/p>

Purchase method
It is possible to purchase the products \/ services present in the Medidea Lda catalog when ordering and view them online at the URL www.awareness-event.com, as described in the relevant information sheets.\u00a0It is understood that the image accompanying the description of a product cannot fully represent its characteristics.\u00a0Correct receipt of the order will be confirmed by e-mail reply, sent to the e-mail address provided to us.\u00a0This confirmation message will contain the date and time when the order was placed, as well as an “Order Number”, to be used in any future communication with Medidea Lda. The message will include all the information entered by you.\u00a0Please ensure that the information you provide is correct and complete and immediately notify us of any changes in the information you have provided.\u00a0You can access and update most of the information provided in the “My Profile” section of the website.\u00a0In case of non-acceptance of the order, Medidea Lda guarantees timely communication of the fact.<\/p>

Payment via PayPal (http:\/\/www.paypal.com) takes place at the time of the order.

Bank Transfer:

Delivery terms and costs

Right of withdrawal<\/p>

Training events, online courses, workshops and seminars Medidea Lda reserves the right to change the dates and locations of the meetings with at least 7 days’ notice.\u00a0Any changes will be promptly communicated on the site and via email.\u00a0In the event of a change of date, those who have registered will have the choice whether to cancel or confirm participation.\u00a0In case of cancellation the entire fee will be refunded.\u00a0The contract is transferable to third parties, upon communication to Medidea Lda. The absence or withdrawal from the events does not provide for any type of reimbursement or relief.\u00a0The right of withdrawal may be exercised at the end of the first meeting, if the customer is not satisfied or if the expectations have not been met.\u00a0The customer \/ person who signed up agrees to be the\u00a0solely responsible for any effects deriving from listening to the didactic contents and \/ or applying the techniques presented.\u00a0Training events exist only for educational purposes, as well as for personal improvement.\u00a0The use of the techniques explained in the training programs depends on the individual and therefore Medidea Lda cannot be held responsible in any way for the results.\u00a0The customer \/ person who signs up agrees to be fully aware and responsible for the decisions made by applying the techniques explained in the products that are promoted here or in the pages referred to for further information, and will not have any right to request any type of compensation. for damages or for anything else to\u00a0author (s) of the content of the training events, or to the company that owns them and \/ or any of its shareholders, directors, employees, affiliates or the person who owns the domain name.\u00a0All written, video and audio content, all downloads, graphic concepts, technology used, copyrights and products used online or in person are the exclusive property of Medidea Lda and are protected by the laws of Portugal and the law international copyright law, and their reproduction is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of Medidea Lda itself. Training events, workshops and seminars
To register for events, workshops and seminars, you will need to authorize the processing of your image for normal work as described in the commercial register.<\/p>

Online courses
Medidea Lda assumes no responsibility for errors, interruptions, defects, missed lines or any other reason attributable to the diligence of the user.<\/p>

Satisfaction and money back guaranteed
Guaranteed satisfaction and reimbursement can also be applied in the case of purchases of intangible assets, such as training events.\u00a0In the case of a 2-day event, if, at the end of the first day, the customer’s expectations are not met, you can contact the administrator in charge to request a refund of the registration fee.\u00a0In the case of a 1 day event, this guarantee can be claimed in the middle of the day and you may receive a refund of the entry fee.<\/p>

Withdrawal method<\/p>

Obligations of the buyer
